Huapuchang (華普昌) ships tea products from Yunnan, China to supported international destinations.
Processing
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during public holidays, peak seasons, product launches, or when additional payment or address verification is required.
Shipping rates
Available services and charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and available carrier services. The amount displayed before payment is the shipping charge for that order, excluding any destination-country duties or taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time begins after dispatch. Estimates shown by us or a carrier are not guaranteed. Customs inspection, weather, public holidays, remote-area service, security screening, and local carrier conditions may cause delays.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide the tracking number by email or through your account. Tracking events may take several days to update after export handover.
Customs and import requirements
International orders may be inspected and may incur import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for these charges and for complying with lawful destination-country import requirements. If a parcel is refused or unclaimed, any refund may be reduced by unrecoverable shipping, return, customs, or carrier charges, to the extent permitted by law.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete address, recipient name, postcode, email, and reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be charged to the customer where permitted.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no progress for an unusual period, or if the parcel arrives damaged, contact sales@huapuchang.com. For visible damage or missing contents, please retain the packaging and send photographs of the parcel, label, and products as soon as reasonably possible.
