These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Huapuchang (華普昌) at huapuchang.com. Huapuchang is operated by 西安中领网络科技有限公司 (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We sell tea and related products shipped from Yunnan, China. We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, weights, photographs, ingredients, brewing information, and prices accurately. Natural agricultural products may vary slightly in color, leaf shape, aroma, and taste between batches.
Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy-related concerns, or medical conditions should review ingredients and seek appropriate professional advice before consumption.
3. Prices, taxes, and duties
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, normally US dollars. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, import duties, customs charges, local taxes, brokerage fees, and destination-country fees are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions, or delivery limitations. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount received to the original payment method.
5. Payment
Available methods may include PayPal, credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by the applicable payment provider. We do not store complete card numbers or card security codes on our server.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from Yunnan, China. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs inspection, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, or an incorrect address. Please review our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Return eligibility, cancellation procedures, damaged shipments, and refund timing are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and must comply with the laws and import requirements of your destination. You may not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, payment testing, resale of unlawful goods, or infringement of another person’s rights.
9. Intellectual property
The Huapuchang name, branding, site design, product text, photographs, and other original content are owned by or licensed to the Company. They may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, customs delays, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their place of residence. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us in good faith.
