We want your Huapuchang order to arrive correctly and in good condition. This policy explains cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Order cancellation
To request cancellation, email sales@huapuchang.com as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order if it has not entered shipment processing. Once dispatched, the return rules below apply.
Change-of-mind returns
You may contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a return of unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging. Because tea is a consumable food product, opened or unsealed products cannot normally be returned for change of mind for hygiene and product-safety reasons.
Before returning anything, obtain return authorization from us. Unauthorized parcels may be delayed or refused. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage and safe packaging, unless applicable law or our written confirmation provides otherwise.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective orders
If an item is incorrect, damaged in transit, contaminated, or materially defective, contact us promptly and include the order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, parcel, shipping label, and packaging where relevant. After review, we may provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. We will bear reasonable return costs when the problem is our responsibility.
Non-returnable items
Except where required by law, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for opened or unsealed consumable products; personalized or custom-made goods; products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage; or goods returned without the original contents and packaging.

Please mark the parcel with the return authorization information we provide. The sender is responsible for secure packaging and tracking the return.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Original expedited shipping charges and import fees are not refundable for a change-of-mind return unless required by law.
